The Hillside Clinic project is a turn-key project housing a medical practice. The structure is a slab-on-grade, pre-engineered steel structure. Exterior finishes are combination or face brick, cultured stone, and synthetic stucco.

The roof is a snap together standing seam steel system. Interior finishes include extensive millwork, suspended acoustical ceiling system, carpet and hard floor surfaces. Systems are a split attic amounted HVAC system, comprehensive AV system including remote locking, remote video camera system, TV and data/phone systems.
